Ruchika Nagrath is an Indian-American business executive. She is the CoFounder of Requis, Incorporated in the USA and its Subsidiary 'RequisTech’ in India. Born in New Delhi, India. Ruchika earned her degree from USIC Kurukshetra in Instrumentation Engineering. She moved to the United States in 2001 where she began her career. When both her kids were in elementary school, she pursued her Executive MBA from JSOM at UT D. She simultaneously led Digital practices for Lennox International for America and Europe Refrigeration. In addition, she also served in the SAP's configuration workgroup's board for two years. After years in corporate leadership, She decided to focus on her business and officially stepped in to take on as the CEO of Requis. The company has since grown to now own 100+ salons inside Walmart across six states in the US. The company owns Hotels, Residential Units, and Restaurants in Southeast Asia. The company also has a subsidiary in Gurugram, India (RequisTech) that provides complete low-cost back office consulting solutions to small to midsize businesses in North America.

Prashant Nagrath is the founder of Requis Inc. Requis is a service conglomerate. The company owns 100+ Salons inside Walmart across six states in the US. The company also has a subsidiary in Gurugram, India that provides complete low-cost back office consulting solutions to small to midsize businesses in North America. Prashant grew up in Gurugram, India. His parents were teachers. His dad also ran a school for the blind and was a social activist. Prashant did his B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra. He moved to San Francisco in 2000 as an IT Consultant. He then moved to Dallas, TX, and has been in Dallas since then and led Digital practices with Dell for many years before he pursued his own business Partnering with his wife. Prashant also leads Savitri Nagrath Foundation which helps kids across India and the US with tuition support and scholarships. He serves on the US board of Give India - an Indian philanthropy marketplace and also contributes with The Nudge foundation US operations.
